Yes. ALL Letters and Flats purchased on TCG Quick Ship come with integrated tracking through the Intelligent Mail Barcode (IMB) system.

How does tracking work for Letter and Flat shipments?

Letter and Flat shipments use USPS Intelligent Mail Barcode (IMB) tracking, which provides limited visibility into your package's journey. Unlike Priority Mail or Ground Advantage, IMB tracking is not guaranteed — scans may be infrequent or missing entirely, and delivery confirmation is not always available. This is a limitation of the USPS infrastructure for these mail classes, not something we can control. Because of this reduced visibility, we offer the option to add insurance to Letter and Flat shipments so your items are protected even when tracking is limited.

How does insurance work for my shipments?

You can add insurance to eligible shipments at the time of label creation. Insurance covers loss or damage up to the declared value of your item ($50 max). For full details on coverage, claims, and eligibility, see our insurance documentation.

Can I cancel my subscription?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and ACH transfers. Credit card fees apply when topping up your wallet. ACH transfers are free but may take 3-5 business days to process.
