Shipping Insurance Terms

TCG Quick Ship has partnered with PIP Insurance to offer shipping insurance options to our customers. PIP is an industry leading provider of shipping insurance solutions for eCommerce sites and has expertise with TCG shipments, ensuring that your shipments are protected against loss or damage during transit.

Coverage Details

Policy Coverage

• • PIP covers all shipments where labels are purchased directly through TCG Quick Ship
• • Shipments with labels purchased from other carriers or sites are not eligible for coverage at this time
• • Insurance premiums must be paid for each shipment for coverage to be valid
• • Insurance premiums must be paid for each shipment for coverage to be valid
• • Covered packages include a single shipping unit with a carrier identification number and contents against damage or loss from external causes while in the carrier's care during transit within the United States.

PIP will not be liable for more than the declared value, actual cash value, cost to repair or replace, or Liability Limit, whichever is less.

Policy Requirements

• • Insurance Claims must be reported to PIP within 180 days of shipment, but no earlier than 30 days after shipment.
• • File claims directly with PIP via their website at www.pip-claim.com/PIPClaim/claim/createclaimUSPSform. Use policy number 18058 when filing your claim.
• • You will receive payment within 30 days of PIP's receipt of all required claim documentation.
