Cancel & Void Unused Shipping Labels

You can now cancel unused USPS Ground Advantage labels directly from your Shipped Orders dashboard and get a refund back to your wallet.

✂️ Cancel Unused Labels — Get Your Money Back

We know shipping mistakes happen. Maybe you printed a label and the order fell through, or you realized you grabbed the wrong order. Either way, you were stuck with a paid label and no recourse — until now.

Label cancellation is officially live. Head to Shipped Orders, find your label, and hit Cancel Label to void it and trigger a refund back to your wallet.

How It Works

  1. Go to Shipped Orders
  2. Find the label you want to cancel
  3. Click Cancel Label and confirm
  4. A pending refund is added to your wallet — you'll see it show as "Cancellation Pending"
  5. Once USPS processes the void, the refund is automatically credited (up to 14 business days)

Important Stipulations

Please read these carefully before cancelling a label:

  • Ground Advantage (Parcel) only — Refunds are not available for First-Class Mail letters or flats per USPS policy.
  • Must be within 30 days of the label print date. After 30 days, cancellation is no longer eligible.
  • Label must be unused — If the package has already been scanned or accepted by USPS, the label cannot be voided.
  • Destroy the voided label immediately after cancellation. Do not reuse it.
  • Federal offense warning — Using a label that has been refunded/voided is a federal crime. Don't do it.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed as a pending wallet credit and are automatically applied once USPS confirms the void — this takes up to 14 business days. You'll see the status update on the Shipped Orders page from "Cancellation Pending" to "Refund Issued" automatically.
