You can now save Parcel Presets — named package configurations that you can load instantly while processing orders. No more re-entering the same dimensions and weight for your most common package types.
What's New
Create presets in Shipping Settings: Head to Shipping Settings → Parcel Presets and add as many presets as you need. Each preset stores:
- A friendly name (e.g. "PWE Letter", "Bubble Mailer", "Small Box")
- Parcel type — Letter, Flat, or Parcel
- Length, width, and height
- Weight in lbs and oz
Load presets while processing orders: A new "Load a preset…" dropdown now appears at the top of the Package Information card for each order. Selecting a preset instantly fills in the parcel type, dimensions, and weight — saving you time on every shipment.
Managing Your Presets
Presets are listed in a table under Shipping Settings → Parcel Presets. You can edit or delete any preset at any time. Changes take effect immediately the next time you open the order processing page.
