You can now write your own eBay item description and have it filled in automatically for every card you list. No HTML, no copy-paste — just type it once and Quick Ship handles the rest.
Open Connections → eBay → Settings and you'll find the connection settings reorganized into tabs — Store, Listings, Description, and Packing Slip — so each group of settings has room to breathe. The new Description tab is where you design your listing body.
What It Does
- Write it like a document. A visual editor with bold, italic, underline, headings, lists, and quotes — what you see is what buyers get. No markup to learn.
- Drop in card details with placeholders. Click a token like
{name},{set},{rarity}, or{condition}and it fills itself in per card at listing time. A placeholder with no value for a given card simply renders as nothing. - See it before it ships. A live preview renders your description with a sample card, using the exact same builder that publishes to eBay — so the preview is what eBay receives.
- Keep or drop the badge. The "Powered by TCG Quick Ship" footer is a simple toggle, right next to the editor.
Prefer our built-in description? Leave custom descriptions off and every listing uses the default, which lists only the fields a card actually has.
Scan Cards, One Tap Away
Scanning cards into inventory is now a first-class Scan Cards item in the sidebar under Inventory, right where you'd expect it — no more digging through the inventory overview to find it.
Built to Be Safe
Your description is stored as clean, allowlisted formatting, and turning custom descriptions off keeps your draft intact so you can switch back anytime without retyping it.
