Shipping 20, 30, 50 packages a day? Until now, each one had to be scanned individually at drop-off — or worse, sat without an acceptance scan until it was already halfway across the country.

Now you can print a USPS SCAN form (Shipment Confirmation Acceptance Notice) for your entire day in one click. Hand the sheet to your carrier or the clerk at the counter, they scan one barcode, and every package on the form instantly receives its USPS Accepted event.

  • Instant acceptance events — tracking moves to "Accepted" the moment the barcode is scanned, so your buyers see progress right away instead of days of "label created."
  • Print and reprint anytime — today's forms stay available in the dialog, stored safely so you can print again at the counter if needed.
  • Late-night friendly — creating a form after 8 p.m.? It's automatically dated for tomorrow's pickup.

How To Use It

  1. Go to Shipped Orders in the sidebar
  2. Click End of Day Form (top right, next to Export CSV)
  3. Review the overview — how many shipments you created today and how many will be on the manifest
  4. Click Create manifests
  5. Print, hand it over with your stack, and you're done

A Few Things To Know

Not everything can go on a SCAN form — USPS rules, not ours:

  • First-Class letters and flats (PWE) aren't eligible for SCAN forms
  • QR-code labels are excluded — the QR scan at the counter is the acceptance event
  • eBay labels are purchased on eBay's account and can't be manifested here

The dialog shows you exactly how many of today's shipments will be on the form, so there are never surprises at the counter.

Time at the post office is time you're not picking, packing, or listing. A SCAN form turns a 30-package drop-off from "stand there while every box gets scanned" into "hand over the stack, one beep, walk out."
