You can now decide how your eBay listing titles are built. Write a template once with variables like {name}, {set}, {rarity} and {condition}, and every card you push to eBay follows it.
Example
- Template:
{name} {number} - {set} - {rarity} - {condition} - Result: Abomasnow 26/101 - Plasma Blast - Uncommon - NM
Titles still fit eBay's 80-character limit automatically. When a card has a long name, the least important parts are dropped first and the card name is only shortened as a last resort.
Getting Started
- Go to Connections and click Settings on eBay
- Open the Listings tab and edit Listing title template
- Check the preview, then save
The template applies to listings you push from now on. Listings already live on eBay keep their title, unless you relist one or edit a graded card, whose title is rebuilt to show its current grade.
Read the full documentation for every variable and how titles are fitted.
