Graded Slabs Are Here

Add PSA, CGC, BGS, TAG and PCG slabs to inventory, price each one yourself, and list them on eBay, Misprint and CardNexus.

Until now Quick Ship only knew raw cards. A slab had no grade to hold and no cert to track, and its price had nowhere to go. That changes today. Graded slabs are first-class inventory, and every seller has them.

Add a Slab With Quick Add

Open any box, press Quick add and switch to Graded slab. Pick the grader (PSA, CGC, BGS, TAG or PCG) and type the cert number.

  • PCG certs fill themselves in. Press Look up and Quick Ship pulls the card and grade from PCG's record. If you pick a different card, you'll see a banner saying what PCG has on file, and the slab is saved as unverified.
  • Other graders get a verify link. It opens the grader's own cert page, so you can check the label against their record while you type.
  • Duplicate certs are caught before you add. If that cert is already in your inventory, Quick Add says where.
  • Built for a stack. After each Add, the grader and box stay set and the cert box is ready for the next slab.
  • Photos are optional here. Drop a front and a back photo now, or add them later.

Import a Whole Stack From a CSV

On a Generic CSV import, turn on Graded slabs and map the Grader, Grade, Cert and Price columns. Every row is one slab.

  • Rows with a problem are staged as errors you can fix right on the review screen, never dropped. That covers an unknown grade, a missing cert or price, or a cert that's already in your inventory.
  • A cert that appears twice in the file is flagged on both rows.
  • Cards we couldn't match wait for you to pick them, like any other review row.

Already Selling Slabs on CardNexus?

Bring them in without relisting. On the CardNexus page, the Graded view counts the graded lines Quick Ship doesn't manage yet. Press Review takeover to see them, one row per line.

  • Each line becomes a slab. It keeps the line's price and its photos (the first is the front, the second the back), and the line stays live on CardNexus, now managed by Quick Ship.
  • A cert you already have links up. If that cert is already in your inventory, the line attaches to that slab instead of adding a second one, and your Quick Ship price and grade win.
  • Check the grade and cert first. Grades are read from the line and stay editable. A line with no cert needs one typed in before you can adopt it.
  • Some lines can't come in yet. Lines with a quantity above 1, an unsupported grader, or a card we can't match are listed with the reason.

One Slab, One Row

Each slab is its own row on the Live tab, with a GRADER grade chip in place of the condition and the cert under the SKU. It also has a Price you set and edit in the table. Pricing rules never touch a slab. Use the All / Raw / Graded filter to see just your slabs, and click a slab's photo to manage its photos or fix its grade or cert.

Listing and Selling

Select your slabs on the Live tab and press List… to put them on eBay (listed as Graded, with the grader, grade and cert), Misprint and CardNexus. Each slab needs a front and a back photo first. Misprint has no listing for Authentic grades or PSA grades with a qualifier, such as 8 (OC). Those slabs list on eBay and CardNexus only.

When a slab sells on eBay or CardNexus, the order points at that exact slab, so you pick the right one. Slabs always ship as a parcel.

See Listing to Marketplaces for the details. Hit something odd with a slab? Tell us and we'll take a look.
