Listing to Marketplaces

Once a batch is ready to commit, you can send it straight to a marketplace — priced by your rules, with your scan photos attached.

Choosing a Destination

At the bottom of the commit step there's a Listing panel. Pick one marketplace per batch — the options are mutually exclusive:

  • Don't list yet — commit to inventory only.
  • List on Manapool
  • List on eBay
  • Export for TCGplayer (CSV)

How Prices Are Set

Every card is priced when it's identified, using the pricing rule set chosen at intake. The calculation runs in this order:

TCGplayer market price → × band multiplier → + band flat add → rounding → your floor → marketplace minimum

The review screen shows the working for each card, like $4.00 ×1.5 +$0.50 → $6.50, and badges cards worth a second look: Floor applied, No market price and Hand-edited.

A price you type by hand is absolute — it bypasses the multiplier and the floor, and re-running the rules leaves it alone. On eBay, anything below $0.99 is raised to $0.99, since that’s eBay’s minimum; your own floor still applies everywhere else.

eBay

One-time setup

Before your first listing, finish eBay listing setup in Connections. Quick Ship walks you through opting in to eBay's business policies, creating fulfillment, payment and return policies with sensible defaults for cards, and setting an inventory location. You only do this once.

What gets built for you

TitleName - Number - Set - Game - Condition. eBay limits titles to 80 characters, so longer ones are shortened from the end.
CategoryCCG Individual Cards. Your store category can be set per game in your eBay settings, or overridden for a single batch at commit time.
ConditionListed as Used – Very Good with a card condition descriptor carrying your NM/LP/MP/HP/DMG grade. Graded slabs are out of scope.
Item specificsGame, card name, set, rarity, language, finish, and Graded: No — filled from the matched catalog card.
DescriptionFrom your template at Connections → eBay → Description, with placeholders for name, set, number, rarity, condition, language, finish and game, plus per-game overrides.
SKUUnique to that physical card, so when it sells Quick Ship knows exactly which copy went out.

Listing photos

  • Up to two photos per listing: your front scan, and your back scan if you have one.
  • Your originals, at full quality. We don’t re-compress or re-crop your scan.
  • They stay private. Your scans aren’t published anywhere except onto the listing itself.
  • Reused in the picker. When an eBay order comes in, the picker shows your photo of that exact physical card — not a stock image of a different printing.

Pushing, and what happens on failure

Listings are pushed in chunks with a progress bar, and you can leave and resume. A listing that fails is marked with an error and the reason — it never stops the rest of the batch. Fix the cause and use Push All on the eBay listings page to retry drafts and errors.

ManaPool

ManaPool listings are aggregated by SKU rather than per physical card — four copies of the same card in the same condition become one listing with quantity 4.

  • Quantities stay in sync. When an order comes in and reserves a card, the new quantity is pushed to ManaPool automatically, which is what keeps you from overselling a copy you’ve already sold elsewhere.
  • Reconcile is read-only. Running it scans your ManaPool listings and reports quantity drift, listings ManaPool has that Quick Ship doesn’t, oversell risk and pricing anomalies. It never changes anything on its own.
  • Conflicts are yours to resolve. For each one you choose to keep ManaPool’s value, push yours, or set a custom price. An edit you made on ManaPool directly is never silently overwritten.
  • Already selling there? The first reconcile finds your existing listings and offers to adopt them in bulk so Quick Ship starts tracking them.

TCGplayer

  • The file is shaped like TCGplayer's Staged Pricing export, so it uploads without editing.
  • Prices come from the batch's pricing rules; any price you typed by hand in staging wins.
  • Each export covers only stock not already included in a previous one, and quantities are expressed as additions — so re-uploading doesn't double-count what you already listed.
  • Built a file but never uploaded it? Reset the export baseline so those cards are included in the next one.

Not Supported Yet

  • Listing one batch to more than one marketplace at the same time.
  • Re-pricing cards you've already listed on eBay or TCGplayer. ManaPool prices can be updated directly.
  • Ending or withdrawing an eBay listing from Quick Ship.
  • Selecting arbitrary inventory items to list — listing is batch-based.
  • Listing graded cards.
