Counts drift. A card goes missing, a sale gets handled by hand, a copy gets miscounted on the way in. Checking a shelf against Quick Ship used to mean scrolling the inventory table with a box of cards in your lap. Now there's a proper way to do it.
Review What You're Looking At
On Inventory, pick a location and hit Review next to the search bar. Quick Ship walks every card in that location — and every location nested inside it — one at a time, in the same layout as the interactive picker. Your search, filters and sort carry over, so you can review a single set, just your foils, or your whole store.
Each card shows its image, SKU, location and, front and centre, the count Quick Ship has on hand.
Three Answers, All From the Keyboard
- Count is correct (P or Space) — marks it checked and moves on. Nothing about the card changes.
- Fix count (E) — found fewer than we think? Opens the same stock dialog you use on the inventory table, with Miscount already chosen as the reason. Save it and Quick Ship updates the count and brings your marketplaces into step.
- More than recorded (M) — found extras? Flag it. Restocks still come in through a CSV import, so we keep a list for you instead of guessing.
Arrow keys move back and forth, and Hide reviewed skips what you've already done.
A Summary at the End
When every card has an answer you get the totals — confirmed, corrected, flagged — plus the list of flagged cards with a shortcut to CSV import to add the extra copies. If anything sold or was removed while you were working, the summary says so, so you know the review really covered everything.
Reviews aren't saved — close the window and the next one starts fresh. Only the counts you fix are changed.
