Need to send a buyer a return label? Now you can generate one directly from Quick Ship — no logging into a separate carrier account, no copy-pasting addresses.
Head to Return Labels in the left sidebar and fill out the form. You'll get a USPS label you can download and send to your buyer right away.
What's Included
- Autofill from previous orders — Start typing a name or address and Quick Ship will suggest addresses from your shipping history so you're not typing everything from scratch.
- Full parcel support — Letters, flats, and parcels. Set dimensions, weight, signature requirements, and insurance just like your outbound labels.
- Instant download — The label is ready to download the moment it's purchased. Send it to your buyer however you like — email, Discord, message, whatever works.
- Tracked in Shipping History — Every return label you purchase shows up in your Shipped Orders page alongside your outbound shipments, so you always have a full picture of what's been sent.
How To Use It
- Click Return Labels in the sidebar
- Enter the buyer's (sender) address — use autofill to speed things up
- Choose your parcel type and fill in dimensions and weight
- Click Get Rate to see the price
- Purchase and download the label
