Not everything sells through a connected marketplace—and now Quick Ship handles that too. We've added two new ways to create orders entirely on your own terms.
Create Orders Manually
The new Create Order page lets you build a batch of orders by hand. For each order you can:
- Fill in a shipping address, or instantly load a previously shipped address from your history
- Search our TCGPlayer product database by name, set, or card number to add items with market pricing pre-filled
- Add items manually if they're not in the database (custom SKUs, non-card products, etc.)
Multiple orders can be added to a single batch and submitted together. You'll be taken straight to Process Orders to generate labels and packing slips.
Import Orders from a Custom CSV
Have orders in a spreadsheet or coming from a marketplace we don't natively support? Upload a CSV file from the Process Orders page by selecting Other / Custom CSV.
The CSV follows a simple 15-column format with required fields for Order Number and Buyer Username, plus optional shipping address and item columns. Multiple rows sharing the same Order Number are automatically merged into a single order with multiple line items.
A Download Sample CSV button is available in the documentation so you can start from a ready-to-fill template.
