You can now set separate paper sizes for your shipping labels and packing slips, independently for each shipment type (Letter, Flat, Parcel). Mix and match to match your exact printer setup.
What's New
Shipping Label Sizes (Shipping Settings): choose between 4×6 Thermal and 9×4 Envelope for Letters and Flats. Parcels remain 4×6 to meet carrier requirements.
Packing Slip Sizes (Shipping Settings): choose 4×6 Thermal or 8×11 Standard for Letters, Flats, and Parcels independently.
Smart Downloads
When you download a combined batch, Quick Ship automatically splits content into the right files for each destination:
- thermal-4x6.pdf — 4×6 slips and labels interleaved per order
- standard-8x11.pdf — 8×11 packing slips
- envelope-9x4.pdf — 9×4 envelope labels
If more than one file is needed, they're bundled into a single fulfillment-and-labels.zip. If only one file is needed (the default all-4×6 setup), a single PDF downloads as before—no change to your existing workflow.
