TCGplayer has no public API, so until today the TCGplayer workflow meant carrying files back and forth: download packing slips, upload them to Quick Ship, export a tracking CSV, import it on TCGplayer. TCG QuickShip Link removes the carrying. It is a small browser extension that runs in the browser where you are already signed in to the Seller Portal, and it keeps TCGplayer and Quick Ship in sync on its own.

What It Does
- Imports orders automatically. Every few minutes Link checks your Ready to Ship queue and brings new orders into Quick Ship. Each one reserves its cards in your inventory and lowers the quantity on your other marketplaces, exactly as eBay and ManaPool orders already do.
- Pushes tracking back. After you buy labels, click the TCGplayer sync button on the batch. Your browser pushes the tracking numbers and marks the orders shipped. Letters and flats are marked shipped without a number, the same rule the CSV export follows.
- Reads your live inventory. A daily read of what TCGplayer actually holds, so the TCGplayer listings tabs can show where your records and TCGplayer disagree.
- Syncs quantities (optional, off by default). When a card sells elsewhere, Link lowers its quantity on TCGplayer so you do not oversell. It only lowers, never raises. With this on, TCGplayer also becomes a cross-listing destination while your browser is online.
Shipping Without the Files
On Process Orders, the TCGplayer source gains a Sync Link orders button. Click it instead of uploading packing slips and the imported orders load straight into a batch, with the same pick slip, packing slips and label purchase as before. The packing-slip upload and the CSV export both stay available, so nothing you do today stops working.
Built So Your Login Stays Yours
- Quick Ship never receives your TCGplayer password, cookies or tokens. The extension does not even read them. It asks your browser to make the same requests the Seller Portal's own pages make, and your browser attaches whatever it normally would.
- Every request comes from your computer and your IP address. Our servers never talk to TCGplayer on your behalf.
- You choose what runs. Each job is a switch on the TCGplayer card. Order import and tracking push are on by default; quantity sync is off until you turn it on.
- Revoke any time. Each paired browser is its own row on the Connections page with a disconnect button.
Getting Started
- Install the extension and click Allow access when it asks for tcgplayer.com and tcgquickship.com.
- In Quick Ship, open Connections → TCGplayer and click Pair a browser. In Chrome the code is handed to the extension for you; otherwise paste it into the extension popup.
- Leave the browser open and signed in to the Seller Portal.
Link is in beta. Check the first few orders and tracking pushes yourself before trusting it with a busy day. TCG QuickShip Link is not affiliated with, endorsed by or associated with TCGplayer, and TCGplayer can change or block this approach at any time. If that happens, the packing-slip upload and CSV export keep working.
Chrome, Edge, Brave and other Chromium browsers for now. Firefox is next.
