Sync Your eBay Orders with Filters
Go to Process Orders and select eBay as your source. Before syncing, use the filter options to choose exactly which orders you want to bring in. You can filter by order value, date range, and other criteria.
Once you've set your filters, click Sync Orders to import the matching orders into your queue.
Common Filtering Strategies
- Low-value orders (under $25): Pull these in to ship as tracked PWEs at TQS rates instead of eBay's postage markup.
- Mid-range orders ($20–$50): Route a specific tier through TQS to take advantage of more affordable tracking and insurance options.
- Non-machinables: eBay doesn't support non-machinable pricing. Filter those orders in and ship them at the correct rate through TQS.
Pick & Process Orders
Your synced eBay orders will appear in the order queue. Review them, use the Pick Slip to pull cards, and check for any orders that can be combined. Once you're ready, click Ship Orders.

Review the parcel details for each order, then purchase your labels at TCG Quick Ship rates. You have access to the full range of TQS shipping services — the same ones you use for TCGplayer and Manapool orders.

After purchasing your labels, click the Sync with eBay button. This immediately pushes the tracking numbers back to eBay — your orders will show as shipped and your buyers will receive a shipping notification.
All future tracking updates (in transit, out for delivery, delivered) are also sent back to eBay automatically as they occur. Your shipping SLAs are covered with no manual steps required.
Download Labels & Pack Orders
Download your labels and packing slips. The PDF is collated so labels and packing slips are paired together — making it easy to match them at the packing table. Finish packing and drop your orders in the mail.

Why Use TCG Quick Ship Rates for eBay Orders?
eBay's built-in shipping is convenient, but it has real gaps that affect TCG sellers specifically:
- PWEs outside eBay Standard Envelope requirements: Orders that don't qualify for eBay's Standard Envelope program can still be shipped as tracked USPS Letters through TQS at competitive rates.
