Insure your package during label creation
You can choose to add insurance to your Letters and Flats during the label creation process. We'll automatically calculate the declared value and the cost to insure the package.
You'll see the option to add insurance in the Parcel Selection form next to each order when you get to the Shipping phase of your batch. The fee will be clearly displayed so you can review it as well.
Automatically add insurance to every Letter & Flat
You can also enable automatic insurance for all your Letters and Flats in your Shipping Settings. This way, insurance will be added by default to every Letter and Flat you ship, but you can still choose to remove it during the label creation process if needed.
Go to Settings and then the Shipping tab to enable this feature.
Filing a Claim
In the event of loss or damage, you can file a claim directly through PIP Insurance.
Instructions:
- Visit the PIP Claim Form
- Enter all your shipment and claim details
- When asked for the Policy Number, use: 18058
